Walnut kernels in light (white) and amber (red) colour grades, grown in mountain-foothill orchards where wide day-to-night temperature swings build up oil content and a clean, non-bitter taste. Supplied as halves, quarters and pieces after hand and laser sorting, with shell fragment content controlled to export standards. Used in confectionery, bakery, ice cream and halva production and in retail nut mixes; in-shell walnuts are available seasonally.
