Dried Apricot
Prunus armeniaca L.
Uzbek dried apricot is produced from ripe fruit of Fergana Valley and Samarkand orchards and is offered both sulphured (bright orange, SO2 within EU limits) and naturally sun-dried (dark amber, no additives). Calibration by fruit count per kilogram gives consistent lots for retail packing, bakery fillings, muesli and compote blends. Fruit is hand-sorted; pitted and stone-in formats are available.
