Dried tomato slices made from ripe open-field fruit of Uzbekistan's irrigated valleys, where hot summers and a wide day-night temperature range push up dry matter, sugars and lycopene. The product delivers a deep red colour and concentrated taste at low dosage in ketchups and sauces, soup bases, dry seasoning mixes, bakery fillings and pizza toppings. Supplied sliced; flakes and powder are milled to order, with lot-by-lot moisture and colour control.
