Dried Carrot
Daucus carota L. subsp. sativus
Dehydrated carrot diced to 3x3, 5x5 and 10x10 mm from orange table varieties of Uzbekistan's irrigated valleys, blanched before drying to fix carotene and keep the cut edges clean. Rehydration is fast and even, which makes the dice a reliable filler in soup and bouillon concentrates, instant meals, sauces, ready-mix pilaf sets and extruded snacks. Cut size, screening and metal detection are agreed per contract.
