Organic walnut kernels hand-sorted into light halves and quarters, cracked from nuts grown in mountain valleys where walnut has been cultivated for centuries. Cool nights and low humidity at harvest keep the oil fresh and the kernel colour light, with peroxide values well inside industrial specifications. In-shell nuts are available on request; certification documents are provided on request.
