Whole natural sesame seeds grown on certified organic land in southern Uzbekistan and cleaned to 99.95% purity on gravity and optical sorters. Oil content of 48-52% and a clean, nutty profile make the seed suitable for tahini, bakery toppings and cold-pressed oil. Hulled seed can be supplied on request; certification documents are provided on request.
