Certified organic kidney beans in light speckled and red speckled types, calibrated at 180-220 seeds per 100 g and colour-sorted for uniform appearance. Grown on irrigated organic plots of the Fergana Valley, the beans cook evenly and keep their skin intact, which suits canning, dry retail packing and food-service programmes. Certification documents are provided on request.
