Pitted organic prunes of the Hungarian and Spanish plum types, dried without preservatives, sorbates or glycerine coating. Careful drying keeps the flesh soft and elastic with a clean, deep flavour, so the fruit performs well in bakery fillings, purees and snack packing. Sizes 60-80 and 80-100 pieces per kilo are available, supplied from the company's organic range.
