Sun-dried organic apricots from mountain and foothill orchards, processed without sulphur dioxide, so the fruit keeps its natural dark-amber colour and concentrated sweetness. High day-night temperature contrast in the growing zones gives a dense, meaty pulp that holds up in bakery fillings, snack mixes and infant-food lines. Supplied whole and pitted in A / AA / AAA sizes, supplied from the company's organic range.
