Kabuli-type organic chickpeas in 7-8 mm and 8-9 mm calibres, grown on certified organic land in the south of Uzbekistan. The hot, dry ripening season produces a light cream colour, thin skin and reliable cooking behaviour for hummus, canning and retail packing. Lots are gravity-separated and colour-sorted; certification documents are provided on request.
