Sweet organic apricot kernels recovered from the stones of the same certified orchards that supply our dried apricots, cracked and sorted to remove bitter and broken kernels. With an oil content around 45-50%, they are used for cold-pressed apricot kernel oil, confectionery marzipan substitutes and snack roasting. Sweet (non-bitter) selection is confirmed by taste and laboratory control on every lot.
