A dedicated sprouting grade: only the large +3,5 mm and 4 mm fractions, selected for intact seed coat and tested germination above 90%. Gentle cleaning and optical sorting keep mechanical damage low, which is exactly what determines sprout yield and shelf appearance for the end customer. Supplied to sprouting houses, fresh-produce packers and HoReCa distributors; each lot ships with a germination test and phytosanitary certificate.
